When are new pieces released?

Drop dates will be announced on my instagram and through my email newsletter! Each drop will be released at a specific time - usually on a Thursday at 6pm EST. 

Where do you ship?

I'm excited to open up shipping outside of the US in 2026! Shipping is now also available to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and Canada. Please note that for customers from the UK & Canada, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's import regulations prior to placing an order to avoid any surprises.

As of December 2024, new EU regulations came into effect that make it a bit more difficult to ship there, as we now have to be GPSR compliant (which includes having an EU based representative). Northern Ireland is included, as they follow EU regulations for imported goods. As a small business, I current don't have the bandwidth to meet their regulation requirements yet, but hope to in the near future! 

How do I know if the piece I order will fit me?

I include the exact measurements of each garment to ensure an accurate fit! 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are packaged & shipped in 2-4 business days!

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, but I am currently not taking custom orders. You can stay up to date on when I open up for custom orders on my instagram or email newsletter.

I will announce ahead of time when and which type of custom slots will become available - they will be available for purchase during the following drop.

Where are the garments from?

Each piece is one of one and I aim to operate with 100% sustainable business practices. I source my garments from local secondhand stores. I particularly look for garments that are stained and thus less likely to be bought - then cover them up with my designs! This helps keep them out of landfills while giving them a new life.

Can I machine wash my bianci garment?

Although hand washing is preferable, I get it - it's annoying. So I include care instructions detailing how to machine wash to ensure your garment is protected!
